Women over 70 who are diagnosed with triple-negative breast
cancer might have a less aggressive form of the disease, according to research
presented at the International Society of Geriatric Oncology annual meeting in
Manchester, England. This is consistent
with earlier
research that indicated that older women benefitted less from chemotherapy
than younger women, perhaps because their tumors were less aggressive. The
